About Cooperation

 It's excellent that we group X did such a good presentation today. It's the result of our five excellent people's cooperation. So now I want to talk about cooperation.

  First, I will give a brief introduction to the process of our presentation.

  We five people have five ideas at the beginning. We could not come to an agreement because everyone thought his idea is the best. Finally we chose one idea by voting.

  Even if we have decided the idea, we still had much trouble conducting it because everyone wants to develop the idea in his own way. After some fierce discussion, we made a compromise and made up our mind to do that cute machine------Food Guard.

  As far as I am concerned, cooperation is the most effective way to do a task especially a tough task well. We can do our exam paper by ourselves, but we cannot produce a computer, a plane by ourselves, right?

  When we are in a team, we are not alone anymore. We have many suggestions toward a certain problem, and we can choose the best one. That's why cooperation is of such vast importance. Yet, sometimes we are not very gleeful if our idea is not accepted. So what should we do? Complaining does not work. We should come to terms with it. We have to face the fact that the ideas of other people can be better than ours. Now that we are  a team, we have the same goal------do our task to the best. Try to learn from your teammates rather than always be self-centered.

  When we step into our career, cooperation will become part of our work even our life. Master the skill of cooperation, we can do a good job and live a comfortable life.
